Service Terms

These are general website terms. The written proposal and signed agreement for a project set its exact scope, price, payment schedule, and service details.
Quotes and booking
A quote request is not a reservation. Projects start at $1,500. Final pricing depends on the property, design, materials, installation needs, and schedule. A date is confirmed only after we accept the project under the written agreement and any required payment is received.
Scope and site access
The proposal will describe the lighting areas, installation, in-season service, removal, and storage included for your project. The customer is responsible for providing safe access and identifying property restrictions, power locations, and any required permissions before work begins. Changes to the agreed design or site conditions may require a revised quote.
Weather and safety
Installation and removal may be rescheduled when wind, ice, rain, or other conditions make work unsafe or unsuitable. We will coordinate a new window. Specific scheduling and weather terms are provided in the project agreement.
Maintenance
Contact us if an installed display needs attention. We aim to respond to service requests within 48 hours during the season; response and repair timing can vary with weather, access, and parts availability. The written agreement defines any included maintenance.
Changes and cancellation
Deposits, changes, cancellations, refunds, and removal timing are governed by the written proposal and agreement for the project. Ask for those terms before confirming a booking.
