Merry Brite Lights provides holiday lighting services on Long Island. This page explains how information from inquiries is used.
Information you provide
When you call, text, or email us, you may share your name, phone number, town, property type, installation goals, timing, and other details needed for a quote. When you choose Continue, the form sends your first name, address, page URL, and campaign or ad click identifiers to our lead intake service. When you submit the second step, it sends your phone, email, preferences, and text consent with the same request identifier. The form does not upload a photo. You may text a photo separately if you choose.
How we use it
We use inquiry details to respond, discuss availability, prepare a proposal, schedule and perform services, and maintain records related to the work. We may call or text about your inquiry. We do not treat a quote inquiry as consent to unrelated promotional messages.
Sharing and security
Information you send by phone, text, or email may be handled by those service providers. We may share the details needed to provide service with our staff and service providers. We do not sell inquiry information. No internet or messaging service is completely secure, so do not send payment-card or other sensitive information in a quote message.
Your choices
You can request a copy, correction, or deletion of the inquiry information we hold, subject to records we need to retain for legitimate business purposes. You may ask us to stop texting by replying STOP to a text, calling us, or emailing us.
